  • Book Club - Monday - If you enjoy reading and talking about all sorts of different books and authors, have we got a group for you! You will have fun reading and discussing a wide range of books in the home of one of our members. This is a great way to add diversity to your reading list and to share your reading experience.
  • Bridge
    • Chatter - Chatter Bridge is for all levels of players. We like to discuss our bidding, maybe try a new convention, and if we get stuck, we ask another table for help.
    • Couples Duplicate  - meets on the 1st Saturday of each month. This is a social game of duplicate so don’t feel you have to be an expert to play! We are seeking new members so please call and join us. It is a great way to increase your knowledge of the game and meet new friends.
    • Couples Marathon - is self scheduled monthly.
    • Ladies Daytime  - We play the third Tuesday of each month  at the Radisson Hotel  in Plymouth.  Valet parking is available.  Play is from 9:30 a.m. until about 2:30 p.m.  Lunch will be ordered off the menu.  The group is open to all levels of Bridge players.  Reservations must be made.
    • Just Coffee - monthly at Maple Grove Panera- catch up with new and old friends over coffee.
    • Daytime Movie Group - Love the silver screen? Need a "time out" from your daily routines? Yearning for a quick, inexpensive escape? Join other SWAN members at the movies! The Movie Club meets at least once a month, depending on what is showing in the metro area. Times vary as well. Add your name to the list and join us when you can; meet new friends who share a common interest.
    • Mah Jongg - Mah Jongg is an ancient Chinese game that has been Americanized and played all over the USA for years. The game is played in groups of 4 players using tiles and a playing card that guides us to groups of tiles that can be put together to form a “Mah Jongg.” We’re a very friendly group that enjoys socializing while we play. Would you like to learn? We’ll teach you! You’ll be playing the very first day. . . because our SWAN members all know what it’s like to be a beginner. . . and we’re all VERY helpful
    • What's Cooking meets monthly in different members homes. Two members decide on a menu that they would like to try, and we all enjoy the meal together and follow up with a discussion of the dishes afterwards
    • Women and Wine Join us for a casual get together to chat, snack and drink wine.  Sometime we might even play a game, but usually we never get around to it!
These are some of our many groups. The best
way to see what is currently happening with SWAN is to go to
